3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
4. Transaction Processing
4.1 VTU Services: Airtime, data, cable TV, and electricity payments are processed instantly upon successful wallet deduction.
4.2 Gift Cards: Trades are subject to current market rates and verification. HDPLUG reserves the right to decline invalid or fraudulent cards.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. Violation of these terms results in immediate termination.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved within Nigerian courts.
